Breakfast Kolaches
The bread for these was fantastic! Just what I was looking for. I made these into a Texas-style kolache by cookie up some lil' smokies and wrapping the dough around the sausage and a bit of cheddar cheese before baking. The filling popped out of some of the kolaches, but they were super-tasty.

Easy Decadent Truffles
This is more of a cake frosting than a truffle. They came out much too sweet, and I usually like sweet things. The cream cheese seems like a good idea, but what you you end up with is a ball of chocolate flavored cream cheese frosting. I could barely taste the chocolate over the sugar. Disgusting. Will not make again.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This came out absolutely perfect! I didn't have 7x3 baking pans, so I used two 9x5 pans instead and baked for about 80 minutes. The bread was tasty and stayed moist. I froze the second loaf for later and it kept beautifully. I will definitely be making this again!
