Dutch Apple Pie with Oatmeal Streusel
This recipe was great! I used my sister's pie crust recipe for the crust, whih is pretty simple, just flour, butter, and ice cold water. I also double layered the top crust by placing a regular pie crust on top of the streusel topping. Because I did that it took a little longer to cook, but everyone at home and at work loved it! I definitely plan a repeat for the holidays. Plus, be sure to put a baking pan underneath the pie pan to catch an overflow of filling! :)
