Green Bean Stir-Fry

Very good! Lots of requests for the recipe. My only suggestions are that you need to get the beans out of the pan ASAP after done cooking or else they tend to get a bit limp looking. Also, make these as close to actual eating time as possible-they don't sit well. They do not lose flavor, they just being to look a little on the limp and mushy side.

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

I LOVE these! I've made them over 20 times, and I can tell you that everyone I've ever made them for loves them! I also make these in a vegan version (which I think is a bit sweeter)...using egg replacement and soy cream cheese and soy margarine. Turns out perfect everytime!! :)

Awesome!! The only modification I would say is that you really need to take this out of the freezer a few hours before hand..or else it is very difficult to mash up. Thanks for this delicious recipe!!
