Chicken In Basil Cream
I follwed the directions with the exception of the pimentos. The chicken came out great but the sauce was runny. I don't know where I went wronng? The taste was great just not the consistency. Next time I will incorporate the instructions for Chicken Cordon Bleu II, which I have made many many times, The consistency for this recipe is wonderful.

Tacos in Pasta Shells
This was the best. My kids love mexican and so it was a great change from the traditional. I accidentally added too much cream chees.(5oz too much) Still perfect. I added a bit of sourcream to the tops and made sure to follow everyones advice on putting taco sauce under the shells in the pan. My kids could not get enough. This one is a keeper.

Sour Cream Pork Chops
I didn't have time to pan fry the chops, so I put them directly imto the crockpot seasoned and added the broth and one can of crm of mush. I followed the remainder of the instructions and they came out beautifully, except that in my error I left them in the oven and they were a bit dry, but next time I will remember. Great pork cop recipe!!
