Chicken Marsala
This turned out so much better than I thought! I didn't have marsala wine or sherry, but I used the last of some merlot wine. Served it with mashed potatoes.

Sarah's Applesauce
This was an amazing recipe that we ate by itself and also as a topping on vanilla ice cream-tasted just like apple pie and ice cream!!

Red Skinned Potato Salad
