Chocolate Trifle

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Great!! I'm not one to go messing around and changing someone's recipe, but this has so much potential. Next time I'll use 1 can tomatoes and 1 can tomato sauce

I remembered the recipe wrong when I went to the store and got blueberry pie filling. I "washed" the filling part off in a collander and just used the blueberries left over. Also, I don't own a pastry brush so I used my husband's grill, baster brush to apply the egg wash. I also over cooked it. Regardless of what I did it still came out great. The cherries make it sweet and the blueberries give it a tartness. Oh yeah, I also used premade pie shells!

Baked Seafood Au Gratin

Being for Louisiana I added crawfish tails. I didn't put the scallops. I also roughly chopped the seafood and added more liquid. Served with the Crostini d' Emily recipe on this site.

Creamed Tuna On Toast

I used cream of mushroom(don't like celery) didn't use milk either but added chopped red onion for crunch and ate it "open-face" with a slice of fresh tomato. Very good. Glad for change on the regular tuna salad. Thanks!

Sweet and Spicy Chicken Satay

I wasn't sure my husband would like it because he doesn't like to try anything new. But I can only eat plain roasted chicken so many times! This recipe is really good. I used thighs.
