Pumpkin Roll-Out Cookies
I was looking forward to these since I LOVE pumpkin cookies, but these did not do it. Sorry. The texture is funny but more so, the taste is pretty bad, even with more sugar and spices. Not very pumpkinny.

Cinnamon Cookies I
Yummy! I will add more cinn next time. Not too sweet, great with frosting, my kids love them. MUST use a great quality cinn like Penzey's Chinese Cassia Cinnamon.
