Lemon Lush

I make this same recipe. I use Chocolate , butterscotch & Pistachio puddings. All are excellent. Try different nuts with the crust to you liking. MMMM a show stopper.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Very tender an moist. Good flavor too. Omitted thyme because I was out of it. Only let set with seasoning about 1/2 hour. Instead of 2 4 lb chickens I used 1 7lb roaster. Making it again tonight.

Apple Crisp III

More than doubled this. Used 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white sugar. Also used 3 different kinds of apples. Baked at 400 degrees about 50 min. So very good!

Very good. As others suggested, I doubled the cheese and put a bread crumb topping on it. Reheat was very dry. No sure why.

Marinade for Chicken

We liked this very much. The only change was I did not have fresh parsley. Making it again today. We usually use a fireman's BBQ this is a nice change.

Fresh Broccoli Salad

I had something like this in Vermont at a family picnic. Thanks for the recipe. I did omit the onion (not a big fan) also added raw cauliflower and sliced baby carrots. Wonder how grapes would be with sit. Definitely a keeper.

Lemon Cooler Cream Cake

Made this for Easter. To add a little spring. I made it bunt cake style. Used strawberry jello and sliced strawberries around the top. Also sliced the cake and put a layer of the frosting in the middle. It was a big hit. I have made several jello cakes but only cool whip for topping. This was very good.

World's Best Lasagna

Really is the best. I followed others suggested changes. No salt, 1/2 the sugar, wine in place of water and fresh ricotta & parm cheese. Soooooo good. Truly a keeper.

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

I also bake bacon but put it on a broiler pan so the grease drips out. Much easier than the stove.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Very good. Modified it a little to our liking and spiced it up some for our taste. I used crushed tomatoes and eliminated the bacon bits, celery and cumin for different reasons. It was a keeper. I try different recipes all the time and will make this one again.

Best Ever Chuck Wagon Chili

This chili is extremely bland. No flavor. Liked the peppers and onions though. We added the spices from Flatlander chili and it was much better. Still needed heat though. Would not make it again.

Oven Pot Roast

I did not have mushroom soup, so I used cream of chicken. After reading several review, I added paprika and garlic to the flour, doubled the gravy and only cooked 2 1/2 hours. This got a thumbs up! Will deffinately make it again.
