Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
Very tender an moist. Good flavor too. Omitted thyme because I was out of it. Only let set with seasoning about 1/2 hour. Instead of 2 4 lb chickens I used 1 7lb roaster. Making it again tonight.

Apple Crisp III
More than doubled this. Used 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white sugar. Also used 3 different kinds of apples. Baked at 400 degrees about 50 min. So very good!

Four Cheese Macaroni
Very good. As others suggested, I doubled the cheese and put a bread crumb topping on it. Reheat was very dry. No sure why.
