I work full-time outside the home I share with my daughter, husband and 3 cats. I love to cook, but don't always have time with our busy schedules. We try to have dinner together most nights. We also enjoy entertaining and trying new recipes. Quick and easy is my weekly mantra --w hat can I stock up on two weeks ahead and just make on the fly. Also love to try any kind of ethnic food. We do a New Years Eve potluck, complete with Hoppin John. Everyone enjoys the variety of food. I'm sure my dad would share a few when I was starting out, but most are minor tragedies that haven't killed anyone.
