I am a stay-at-home Mommy who is passing the time when Ella is sleeping by learning how to cook new things. I love making anything in a crock pot. My best is homemade spaghetti sauce. Thanksgiving meal with no recipes. It's done when it smells right. The first year I made a turkey (but my Mom helped a lot). I once made a meatloaf about 10 years ago and used onion salt instead of onion powder. Yes, it was that bad. Ugh. I haven't tried to make meatloaf again since that.
