Bread Machine Rolls
This is a GREAT stand alone recipe. The most versatile bread recipe I have found. I only made one change, but only because of the elevation where I live.....I added just a bit more water to the recipe.

Amish Breakfast Casserole
I made this with sausage rather then bacon and it was fantastic. I made only one minor change...I sprinkled crushed red pepper flakes over the top before baking to give it a bit more "zing"! Even my son who refuses to eat leftovers had this for breakfast the day AFTER I made it! Very good recipe.

Red River Beef Stroganoff
I have made this recipe both "AS/IS" and have added a half cup red wine to the beef along with the beef broth, and either way it's phenominal. I add the red wine when I wnat to make the dish more "elegant" for company. A truly excellent dish!
