AMAZING. Just like the dip we had in the restaurant, only without having to go out to get it.
To cut down on fat, I used fat free cream cheese and the "healthy" version of Ragu's alfredo sauce. I've never bothered to roast garlic before, but I decided to do it for this recipe, and I think it was well worth it. It's great.
I'm having a little bit tonight, and have portioned the rest out into tupperware containers to freeze and serve whenever I want it. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
