Asian Salmon
Forgot the onions and didn't make the rice. Marinated only for 10 minutes, but still mind blowing. Added ginger powder to the marinade.

Heavenly Angel Food Cake
Oh my God... it was soooooooooo good. I used egg whites in a carton from the dairy section too. With a strawberry glaze and filling, whipped cream frosting and fresh strawberries on top (got those ideas from cookingforengineers.com), it was out of the world.

Skinny Crab Quiche
This is a very nice recipe. I didn't use the lemon-pepper seasoning as I couldn't find it for some reason. I should give a fair warning that it is not as ooey gooey and tasty like the original full-of-fat quiche, but for a skinny version, this is really good. I threw in some garlic flakes too.
