Chicken Tikka Masala
I really enjoyed this recipe but I made a few adjustments. I took most people's suggestion and barely added any salt. I also thought there was a bit too much cumin and would reduce next time I make it. I think I will use crushed tomatoes next time to give it more texture, and I used 5% cream to keep the fat down. The sauce is so tasty that I recommend making twice as much as the recipe calls for so you can sop it up with naan.
