Roasted Lemon Herb Chicken
wonderful recipe, thank you for sharing!! The only thing I added was some lemon zest served it with Mexican Rice II and it was a hit!

Easy Granola Bars
this was fantastic! I added sunflower seeds and my family just LOVED LOVED LOVED them

Cream Puff Cake
wow what an easy recipe and what a huge hit! I followed the instructions and the only mystery was my pie shell got really really tall.....Not sure if this is normal...but it worked out well since it created a bowl effect and gave lots of room for the goodies
