My mom used to make quiche when I was growing up and I loved it, but I have been unable to find a recipe my husband says he would like to eat again until now. Both my husband--who said this is a "man's quiche"-- and my three and a half year old--who "doesn't like eggs"-- thought this was great. Only changes I made were that I used turkey sausage, five eggs and lowfat ranch dressing. I also didn't add any extra salt as it was plenty salty from the sausage and ranch.
