The cookies are great! I did both the popover and the regular cutouts. A little messy for my cookie sheets. They puff up alot more than I expected, which gave me trouble with figuring out when they were completely cooked. I also had to add flour to get them to a point where I could roll them out.

Fresh Cherry Crisp

I just LOVED the topping. I couldn't find the right fresh cherries, and had to go with frozen, which wasn't as good as I had hoped. I'm still giving this a 5 since I think it was my fault going with frozen sweet cherries instead.

Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins

O M G! I was only looking to find one without oil since I ran out for something before. I didn't have any lemon zest, but used this one anyway. I was even down 1/2 a cup of fresh blueberries. These are sooo good that I must finish this review now to have another.

Eleanor's Seven Layer Squares

So very easy, and so very yummy. I sent them out for Mother's Day. My Mom and Sis loved them. I told them to heat them up in the microwave for a few seconds before eating since they were oh so gooey good when they came out.

Lemon Herb Lamb Chops

Amazingly Good Eggnog

I only left out the rum. I love this eggnog!!! I don't think I let it thicken enough, but still good for my first try.

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

These were pretty good. I really like the cream cheese flavor. Mine was not doughy enough to roll out, so I did the normal sugar cookie thing. My mother and I think it might be due to the fact that I used margarine instead of butter. I'll try to use butter the next time.

Peanut Butter Cake II

This is not for the faint of peanut butter heart. Must drink with milk or coffee. The co-workers loved it. I left the batter in the mixer for a bit to make sure it didn't get too dense. I don't know if it helped or not. However, this was a VERY good cake for peanut butter. Think I might try a chocolate cake mix the next time.

Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Very simple and quick. It was a little much on the butter. That might be due to the scaling that was done. Over all, it was still tasty. My bf ate it all...he loved it.
