I have been making these for the past few years now, and would rate it as one of my favourite cookies ever! I use Rolo's most of the time, with great success, I just suggest putting the cookie in the microwave for 10-15 seconds before eating it for that 'just-from-the-oven" taste and melted gooey caramel texture. I recently tried using the caramel filled Hershey's Kisses since we couldn't find Rolo's and I had about 30% of my cookies leak which never happens with the Rolo's. I'll try experimenting with other flavours of chocolates, but I think the Rolo is hard to beat!

I have made this soup for the last three Thanksgiving's and is now my staple signature dish! I use 8oz fat free cream cheese, to make it more healthy, and it still tastes wonderfully rich and creamy! Thanks so much for an easy and tasty recipe.
