Authentic Enchiladas Verdes
This meal had good ingredients, although it impossible to eat as per the directions! You can't eat it, it falls apart, the chicken gets cold, therefore the cheses doesn't melt.... This wasn't a good experience.

Chile Relleno Casserole
This was excellent! My husband loved it and went back for seconds. All the ingredients really compliment each other. This is on my regular list of dishes for sure.

Wild Rice Harvest Casserole
We enjoyed this dish, and I will be making it again. The wild rice makes all the difference instead of white rice.
