These were so good! When eating cookies you expect them to be sweet, and these are, but the spices give them that extra umph! And I love white chocolate, so these cookies really were ideal. I made them for christmas, but you can make them year round. I had them in the oven for 20-25 minutes though, but it is a new oven and I feel that I have to cook everything for longer than the recipe states, so that might just be my oven. Great cookies!!

I didn't like this cake very much. The cocoa powder made it too dark and the cheese filling didn't "match" the cake, it felt out of place. Not particulary good.

I expected a lot more of this cake. The taste was quite ordinary and I'm not sure I liked the cherries "popping" up while I was eating the cake. I made it in two 9 inch round shapes but I had to bake it a lot longer than the suggested time.
