Day Before Mashed Potatoes

Spicy Sausage Soup with Cilantro
This was really, really good. I did not use hominy or beans because I didn't have any. I added 1/4 cup shell pasta while simmering. The cilantro really makes the dish.

Corned Beef and Cabbage
Very good. I made this in the morning of St. Paddy's day and then went on a day long pub crawl with my friends. When we got home, we had this delicious meal. I brought left overs to work the next day and my co-workers raved that it was the best corned beef and cabbage they had ever had!
