Baked Spaghetti
The recipe was good but I'd prefer lasagna or chunky spaghetti instead!

Eggplant Supper Soup
Yum! I omitted the macaroni but the stew is fantastic. If you don't have Italian-flavored diced tomatoes, add 1 tbs of Italian seasoning instead.

Spicy Sausage Quiche
Yum! I add the mixture to a cupcake pan to make eating the quiche a more convenient!
