Bacon Mushroom Chicken
Absolutely adore this especially with rice or potatoes. Definitely a regular in my home. I use turkey bacon to ease on the fat and the substitution is not a bad one.

Creamy Penne Pasta
I added in mushrooms while the pasta sauce was simmering. Then when it was ready I tossed the sauce and the pasta together. Then when it was done, I decided I needed some meat, so i sauteed some ham, onions and sweet peppers and mixed it in to the already finished pasta. It gave the bland pasta quite a bit of flavor! Everyone loved it.

Orange Braised Bourbon Chicken
I added the vinegar as stated below but I did the mistake of using the oranges with the skin on it which gave the chicken a bitter taste. Next time I'll try it without the skin and see how that works out. Still pretty good!
