Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

The chicken turned out great, very moist. The only thing I would suggest is for someone to give measurements for the lime since many limes vary in size. And many use the package lime juice. Not complaining just a suggestion. I used about 4-5 squirts but not sure if I used to much or to little I also added the chicken with white rice and soy sauce. I will make again. Thank you.

Louisiana Sweet Potato Pancakes

Baked Pork Chops II

My husband was leary about this recipe now he is on his 3rd porkchop. We love it. I used stewed tomatoes and puree them with the seasoning. I severed with spanish rice and my boys loved it and asked to have it tomorrow night. Thanks so much for this recipe.

These would have been very good but all my cookies were burnt on the bottom at 5 minutes @ 425. Honestly, I believe the temperature is to high. I hope others have better luck.

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy

07/30/09-- Made this again tonight...I had everything tonight and I can not wait to make it again. I tripled the recipe and so good thank you....again I had misfortune with the crackers so I used oatmeal. It was a chance but it turned out so good. I added 3 tbs of oatmeal instead of crackers but kept the rest the same. My husband and kids loves this recipe and wants it again tomorrow night. Thank you so much for this recipe I would add more stars if it was possible.
