Yes, I am "green as the grass that grows in the fields of Virginia" when it comes to cooking. But, actually, I'm a bartender. So, I guess my love for making a tasty cocktail, led me to attempting the art of cooking.

I love chicken, lots of any kind of tasty cheese, and anything that is in the Italian-style. So, the mixture of those. . . delicious!

I don't really use this in my cooking because its so unhealthy but. . . FAT BACK and LARD!!!!! I'm a SOUTHERN GIRL, need I say more!?!?!?
