Lemon Pound Cake II
The only reason why this is getting a four instead of a five is because I didn't think that the cake was not dense enough to be labeled as a pound cake, however, the cake was moist, lemon tasting without being tart, and overall very good.

Cranberry Upside-Down Coffee Cake
My dad couldn't believe that I made this. (thanks dad!) He said that it looked and tasted professional. And my father is pretty picky when it comes to his baked goods. I used dried cranberries that I soaked in water because the grocery store didn't have fresh cranberries.

Raspberry Swirls
This is my family's favorite cookie. Along the way, I've learned to divide the dough into thirds when rolling it. Also, leave about 1/2" to 1" gap around the edge without jam or else it will leak out and be messy. Roll it up tightly and don't worry if some of the filling leaks out. Definately refrigerate the rolls and keep the other rolls in the fridge when you are cutting one. Be sure to use a sharp knife and don't be afraid to reshape them a bit if they get squished.
