Chocolate Cakes with Liquid Centers
Easy, but gourmet dessert! So rich that one is usually enough for each guest. Can make ahead, refrigerate, then bring to room temp before baking. Serving option: after unmolding dust with confectioners sugar and serve with a scoop of Bryers chocolate-chip mint or other complimentary ice cream.

Indonesian Satay
This recipe has wonderful flavor. The peanut sauce was excellent. Will make this a staple on our grill!

Sugar Cookies with Buttercream Frosting
I loved the cookie and icing - received raves for them. I modify it for the seasons, e.g. add citrus to orange frosting for pumpkins, pink frosted hearts for valentine's day, etc.
