I try a lot of recipes on this website and usually don't take the time to review them because they are usually just good/ok, but this was so easy and great!! I'm even 1/2 Italian (I make my mom's terrific sauce but wanted to try something new)! I was skeptical - thought the meatballs would be too bland, but it was all great. Followed everything exactly but left out 1/2 teaspoon salt because I was concerned it would be too salty, so I'm glad I did that because next time I might leave out even a little more. This was good but there was not enough marinade to salvage from the bag to boil and use.

This was very disappointing. It tasted like a big, creamy mush of pretty much nothing. I even bought a whole chicken, cut it up and added taco seasoning. I also added cilantro. I gave it two stars instead of one because it was still very edible with lots of extra sour cream and salsa.
