Brandy Flamed Peppercorn Steak
I am a pansy, so I halved all the seasonings. I also cooked the shallots in the cream before adding to the steak because I don't like the taste of raw shallots. Those changes made, it was fantastic! :) I used a grass fed, organic beef and it was delicious!
