Brandy Flamed Peppercorn Steak
I am a pansy, so I halved all the seasonings. I also cooked the shallots in the cream before adding to the steak because I don't like the taste of raw shallots. Those changes made, it was fantastic! :) I used a grass fed, organic beef and it was delicious!

Nancy's Chicken in Puff Pastry
I make this recipe with crescent rolls (keep the rolls in them in rectangles, fill with cream cheese mixture and then fold them up and pinch the rolls together). I also brush the tops with egg whites and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for that little extra crunch. :) Yummy!

Oatmeal and Applesauce Pancakes
I tried to like these. I really did. And I cooked them on verrrrrrry low and they still only burnt on the outside and never cooked in the inside. I'll make myself eat the rest and then will toss the recipe.
