Artichoke Chicken
I loved this recipe!!! I did follow everyone else's idea and used 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 mayo. It was NOT oily at all! I also spread some bread crumbs on top of the chicken and artichoke mixture previous to cooking. It helped the chicken stay moist and the mixture on the chicken. I did add some capers and mushrooms. I also boiled some pasta and put some frozen green peas in with it and it made it delcious! My boyfriend said it was the best meal I may have made yet! Will absoultly make this again! Thanks!

Slow Cooker Spaghetti Sauce I
I agree with everyone else that the spices were a little overpowering.....I as well had to add sugar to help with the acidity of the tomato's. It is very basic and a good start for someone who doesn't know where to start with making sauce....otherwise I thought it was just okay.
