Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy
Delish! A new twist on pork chops and sooo easy. Tastes like you've made a big fuss. Would serve this at a dinner party in a minute. Want to try on steaks too! Thanks!

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts II
This has been a favorite for years. It's my signature appetizer. Ususally I cook the bacon until just before it starts to get crisp before wrapping the water chestnuts, then I pour the sauce over them and let them marinate a few hours or overnight before cooking. This way you can do almost all of it ahead of time. You can even do all the prep except the baking and freeze until you need them.

Hamburger Soup I
YUM! This was so good and I'm not a huge soup fan. I replaced the bouillon and water with three cans of low sodium beef broth and added a cup of ditalini pasta towards the end. Great change of pace from boring vegetable soup!
