Banana Muffins II
One of the best banana bread recipes. Super moist, especially when using extremely overripe (black) bananas. I think I could have reduced the sugar by another 2 TB and it would have been just as sweet. I added walnuts, chocolate chips, and substituted with coconut oil to make a very special treat.

Chicken Satay
This recipe was a very good effort. It missed the mark by one star because it seemed to lack some sweetness and peanut butter. So I added an additional TB each. I am curious to experiment with some lemongrass next time, to give it a more Vietnamese/Thai flair. Overall it was very good.

Baklava
This recipe was perfect! And very authentic. I omitted the vanilla added 1 tsp lemon rind to the sauce to give it a little kick. Thank you so much for sharing.
