VERY EASY SUNDAY MEAL...use cornstarch/flour to thicken gravy at end...I used Knors Onion Soup Mix...It was super easy and very good. You can even use a cheaper cut of beef and it turns out great! I layered bottom with onions and added garlic, but with the soup mix you don't need to add any other spices...Thank you for a great easy meal.

Whipped Shortbread Cookies

This recipe didn't work for me. I followed the first reviewer directions. Beating butter for 5 min, then icing sugar for 5 min, then flour in equal portions etc...and they wouldn't even form into a ball. I keep checking to see if I forgot an ingredient. My batch was VERY crumbly, and had to keep in a ball, that never seemed to cook.

Chocolate Toffee Crunch Bars

I had a pre-made graham pie crust and this was the fastest and easiest desert I have ever made! It was a HUGE hit with my boys and his friends. Saving for Christmas recipes. Perfect for a cookie exchange!

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

This is my first time logging in to review. My husband said this was the best pork tenderloin he has ever had. REALLY easy. I didn't have red wine, and used white and it came out great! THANKS!

Pope's Valentine Cookies

I never wright reviews..but this was my first time making a sugar cut out cookie and I was so impressed. It was so easy. Took the advice and put parchment on the bottom and saran wrap on the top. I am letting them cool and then going to dip in chocolate. YUM. THANK YOU. I will be using this recipe all year around.
