Angel's Old Fashioned Beef Stew
This is an excellent base recipe for Beef Stew. Like all recipes, just tweak it for your own tastes. I added mushrooms and some corn as far as veggies go. I added much more seasoning...1 can of tomato juice in addition to the beef broth, fresh garlic sauteed with the onion...sage, paprika, a touch of tobasco and a few squirts of Hickory Smoke BBQ sauce. Have fun with it. Thanks for the recipe.

Sweet Potato Pie I
This was an easy recipe to follow and the pie was delicious. I made it for Christmas and so far, it is a huge hit! Thanks for the recipe Joyce.

Corn Chowder IV
I made this when I stayed with friends over New Year's Eve and it was a big hit. A hearty soup that will stick to your ribs and impress your friends. I did add a little hot sauce to the soup for extra flavor. Grab some wine and crusty bread and enjoy. Thanks for the great recipe.
