Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
This was really good and really easy. I have also substituted frozen berries when I don't have fresh strawberries on hand.

Rhubarb Pudding Cake
This recipe was far too sweet for my taste when made exactly to recipe, but it is absolutely fabulous with a few alterations. For those of you that prefer your rhubarb with some snap, decrease the sugar to at most 1/2 cup for the crust and 1/2 cup for the topping. I also added more spices such as nutmeg and increased the rhubarb to 4 cups as others have also done. I will use this recipe again and again and again. Thank you Mindy

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
What a wonderful recipe. The cake was beautiful to look at and glorious to eat. It was so moist and flavorful. I increased the cocoa to 1 cup as suggested by others and used applesauce in replace of the oil for personal preference. This is going to be a permanent go to recipe for me from now on.
