Cauliflower and Broccoli Bake
Very tasty. Just a little salty, but not sure how to judge salt and pepper to taste before the cheese is added

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II
Absolutely wonderful! The only change I made was to add about 2/3 bag of Mint Chocolate Chips. Everyone raved about them.

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches
Used all the rest of the ingredients but only used one roast, because it was just my husband and I. Delish. Daughter #1 loved it. Daughter #2 gave up meat for lent but was thinking of backsliding for this dish.
