Zucchini Bread IV
Very Good! I made a few changes.I used both zucchini and carrots. 1/2cup olive oil and 1/2 cup 0% Fage greek yogurt for a lower fat version. Very moist. Will make again very soon.

Awesome Broccoli Casserole
Good! I made a few substitutions for a healthier version. I used a chipolte corn soup and greek yogurt instead of sour cream and a whole wheat stuffing mix and shredded cheddar cheese. I have also added cauliflower and kale.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread
Easy to make with my kids. The blueberries make it a great way to hide the veggies so kids love it. I made 12 muffins and 1 loaf pan of great tasting bread. I also use half cup olive oil and 1/2c cup 0% Fage greek yogurt for lower fat version.
