My name is Erin and I am 33 years old. I have had a pretty amazing life full of appreciated experiences. I'm now a full time mother of 2.5 children (Oliver due in May!) and a partner to a very special man, Tim. We're doing this. Kids, family, dinner at the table, chores, bedtime stories.... I'm not physically traveling anymore yet my children take me places, mentally. I dig "change". I like baking sweets for friends and acquaintances. My Mammaw used to make Pineapple Upside Down Cakes particularly for me, it was something we had. And every year for the holidays my mother's siblings made a pretty mean oyster stuffing/dressing. I absolutely love oysters and it's probably the only thing I miss about that side of the family;) Being whimsical with recipes.
