Oven Baked BBQ Ribs
put some bbq sauce instead of ketchup. good choice. also, decided to cook 2 and 1/2 hrs then let sit in oven that was off until guests arrived and then reheated at 180 F for 10 minutes. awesome.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
Tasted like a bad pie filling.....not what i expected. if you removed the eggs, it might actually still taste like sweet potato

Spaghetti Sauce II
It was very good, however, very thick. It needs more liquid such as water or wine(or less paste, perhaps). Overall though it was well liked
