Guacamole
So delicious! I thought I made a killer guacamole, until I tried this one. Absolutely the best. No changes needed. Unless you hate cilantro, don't skip it - it makes the flavor wonderful and also makes for beautiful presentation.

Taco Soup II
Really good, incredibly easy - very similar to chili beans, but extra delicious. The combination of the different beans along with the hominy is excellent. Only recipe change: My market had only southern-style seasoned lima beans, and it still came out great.

Hot Bruschetta Dip
I admit that I too cheated and used store-bought bruschetta. Actually only used a wedge of brie and served it with Trader Joe's mini toasts. It was still fabulous. It was the first thing gone, and it left us wanting more.
