About this Cook
I've been married for 11 years. I have a daughter and a baby boy that is lucky my wife has patience. That is good, because my wife does not cook, clean, or even watch the game with me on Sundays, but I still love her. Football is as important to me as anything. I also like jelly beans.
My favorite things to cook
I have been proclaimed as the offical "King of the Grill". This title is a world title, not just a title here in America. I have a crown that I wear when I grill, but it is invisible and only I can see it.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Being from KC, it has to be BBQ. If you are from there, then you know what I mean. In order to ascend to manhood there, you are required to take the secret BBQ test at age 16. Those that fail are never heard from again!
My cooking triumphs
I make the best ribs in the world. You only wish you knew my secret....
My cooking tragedies
I haven't really had any cooking tragedies. I have a dog.

Easy Mexican Casserole
My picky family loved this dish. - one suggestion, don't scatter too many chips on the bottom of the dish. Scatter some of the chips throughout the hamburger mixture. In my dish, they were a little too clumpy on the bottom. BUT, the dish was delicious just the same. -

Gourmet Pumpkin Pie
I overmixed the streusel mixture for the topping. Be careful or it will turn very clumpy. I probably should try this one again.

Linda's Lasagna
Great sauce! - My suggestion to those of you that will try this recipe would be to add one more layer of noodles. I prefer a taller and thicker lasagna. (I also mixed some cheddar with the mozzerela). BUT, 5 stars for sure. That sauce ruled!
