Chicken Enchiladas II
With a few personal additions, this was the best dish I think I've made. My girlfriend loved it. Took the leftovers to work for my Dad and a co-worker, and they both thought it was fantastic. The cream of chicken instead of mushroom was preferred by all. Using a rotisserie chicken instead made it a lot faster, and definitely shred it instead of cubes. Add chili powder or Taco seasoning. It's absolutely fantastice. Thank you.
