Baked Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Style
I loved this recipe. I left out the olivesand used tomatoes with jalapenos for a kick. Sprinkled the squash with salt before cooking it. I baked it in a dish instead of the rind because then my son would've probably caught on that it was squash! He liked it OK saying it was "too chunky", but he ate it! And I LOVED it! We will be making this again, and maybe I can make it less "chunky" for my son!
