perfect! I brushed them w/milk and a bit of ginger in it instead of egg white and did not have maple extract.

wow this recipe was so tender and juicy it was delicious my stepdaughter doesn't usually eat meat without whining but she gobbled this right up.

we really like these burgers the only issue is it totally doesnt work (the bacon) if you don't have toothpicks. We haven't had toothpicks any time we've made them yet so I don't know how well it works with them.

it was a great recipe I do not like adding sugar however so I didn't add that and I only used one can of tomato paste and a jar of plain sauce instead of the rest of the paste and water. other than that it was a good recipe
