Baked Dijon Salmon
After all the great reviews I was disappointed with this recipe. I thought it was bland but I like spicy, bold flavors!

Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms
I made this last night because all the ingredients are ones I love. I gave it 4 stars because it was good with some modifications. I will make it again but I think it needs more spice. I am going to add some more garlic, garlic salt and some lemon juice this next time.

Ken's Spicy Curry Chicken
I made this and it turned out great! I couldn't find curry paste so I used to T of curry powder. I had no idea how much to add. I also added cayanne pepper since the powder wasn't spicy. I will make this again for sure.... do others find the paste in their regular grocery?
