I have been cooking the better part of my life, having learned from my mother who is an excellent cook. I manage a wine shop and am all about the whole food and wine pairing experience. The combination of the two just brings out the best of the other. Currently I am having a bit of a risotto fling. I am in love with risotto and have been trying different variations from butternut squash to cabernet. This too shall pass and I will move onto something else.
