I am a mother of one 3 year old daughter Elise Meredith. i love to be with my family and friends. I start College in two weeks to be an Ed Tech Teacher. I love to do stir frys. I also love to bake. Ham dinners and anything with Chicken in it. Every year my Mother makes Chex Mix. I have always loved the smell of it while it was baking and especially the taste of it when it is finished. My Grandmother always makes a Turkey pie on my grandfathers birthday(Jan.1) when I was little I didn't care for it now I love it. I never really got into cooking until my daughter turned 1. Her father always critisized my cooking so I felt like I shouldn't even try. Now my boyfriend of 1 1/2 years is so supportive and loves everything I make I feel like I really can do it. I used to make really strange mistakes. I can't think of any specifically right now but I was pretty bad.
