Mom's Zucchini Bread
As I say in my house, "oh-so-delicious, and even somewhat nutritious!" This bread is just that. I did change two things, though. I omitted the nuts and used 1 cup of shredded carrots instead. Turned out fab! Thanks for a great way to sneak veggies into my especially picky 5-year old who ate more than her fair share!

Cedar Planked Salmon
Mouthwatering! I didn't change a thing about the recipe and loved every bite! I served it with mango salsa and jasmine rice, but the salmon was perfect on its own. I rarely eat leftover salmon, but this was good enough to re-heat for lunch the next day! Thanks for a keeper!

Jalapeno Popper Spread
Delish & the hit of a recent pool party we took it to. Served it with plain pita chips (Stacy's brand) and used the full 4-oz can of diced jalapenos, since we like things spicy. The bowl was cleaned and scraped within 15 minutes of arrival. Thanks for a terrific and EASY recipe!
