Grandma Ople's Apple Pie
I have to give this recipe a 5 star although it was not one of my favorites but I don't care for cooked apples and have never been a fan of apple pie. I made this for my husband and he loved it! I only used 4 apples instead of 8 and two of them were golden delicious. I think next time I will try all red delicious because the Granny Smith apples were way too sour for this recipe (especially for me). But it had great flavor and held together really well!

Chicken Stuffed Chiles
This was really tasty and I actually enjoyed it better the next day. I think the type of enchilada sauce that you use really makes or brakes the dish. I used the canned stuff but think I was to try the dry packet next time.

Chicken Tortilla Soup V
This recipe was pretty good! Next time I definately want to add Cilantro though. Also I used left over chicken from a whole chicken that I roasted the day before. Instead of tortilla strips and shredded cheese on top, I cooked a quesadilla with Monterey Jack cheese and then dipped it into the soup. Now that was tasty and my husband raved over the quesadilla soaked in soup!! Thanks!
